A career agent that does
the part you keep putting off.
Ladder finds the roles that actually fit, rewrites your resume for each one, drafts the message to the hiring manager, and preps you for the interview. You choose how much of it it's allowed to do on its own.
Sign in with Google or LinkedIn. Identity only — it never posts as you.

How it works
Four things it does, every day, without being asked.
Setup takes one sitting. After that the loop runs on its own and you meet it in the morning, at whatever level of autonomy you picked.
Start the setup- 01
It learns you once
Upload a resume, connect LinkedIn or Google, and add what a recruiter wouldn't know — the constraint on relocation, the domain you're done with, the team you'd move for.
- 02
It watches the companies you name
Type Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, anyone. Ladder finds their job board automatically, and reads their careers page directly when they don't use one.
- 03
It prepares the whole packet
For every role worth your time: a resume rewritten for that posting, a cover message that isn't boilerplate, the likely hiring manager, and a message drafted for them.
- 04
It coaches you for that exact interview
Not generic advice — the stages that company runs, the questions this role attracts, and STAR stories pulled from your own history.
Autonomy
You decide how far it goes.
One switch in settings. Change it whenever you like — the agent picks up the new rules on its next run.
DIY
You drive
A digest every morning with new roles, where to apply, and who to contact. Everything is prepared; nothing is sent.
- Daily email digest
- Apply links and outreach drafts
- Nothing happens without you
Review
You approve
The agent stages each application and outreach message. You see exactly what it will do, then approve or reject.
- Every action previewed
- One-click approve or reject
- Full audit trail
Auto
It acts
The agent applies where it genuinely can, prepares the rest for one click, and reports back afterwards.
- Daily and per-company caps
- Post-hoc report email
- Kill switch, always
Honestly
What it won't do.
Two features that sound simple aren't actually possible. Ladder is built around that rather than pretending otherwise.
It never sends anything on LinkedIn
There is no API at any tier for people search, connection requests, or messaging, and driving the site with your session would put your account at risk. So Ladder works out who to contact, writes the message, and hands you the link. You press send.
It only auto-submits where that's real
Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby all require the employer's own API key, so third-party auto-apply does not exist. Where a posting names an application address, Ladder submits for real. Everywhere else it prepares the packet — and says which of the two happened.
Start with one company you'd actually work for.
Add your resume, name a few companies, and see what the first digest looks like.
